Yes. However, AI enhancements like adding a tie or placing someone in a lab coat go beyond retouching into truly changing a photo. When it comes to wardrobe, setting, and styling changes — each enhancement equals one credit consumed. Don't worry, you can refine your request and rerun it until it looks right.
We don't charge extra for editing. Polish and retouching are part of the credit, and the direction is dialed in enough that most photos never need a second pass. If you do want changes once you view your image, additional editing is included up to three rounds (five for Enterprise clients). If we got something wrong, the fix is always free and never counts toward credit consumption.
Yes. Additional credits run $25 per credit (1–10), $20 (10–100), and $17 (100–1,000). If you need to go over 1,000 a year, talk to us — you're in Enterprise territory, which means committed rates, no caps, and direct integration into your systems.
Nothing will change before your renewal date, and your agreement is always honored. When you're ready, we'll map your sessions to credits and recommend a new plan for you.
